Reverse Curls

1) Standing with your feet shoulder width apart, grasp a barbell with an overhand grip.

2) Raise the bar over your head.

3) Allow your arms to flex so that the bar is lowered behind your head.

4) Extend your arms at the elbow until the bar is overhead again.

5) Repeat steps 3 and 4
