Starburst Burpee Exercise
1) Begin standing, squat down and place your hands on the floor.
2) Kick your legs back and extend them into a wide position in a pushup plank position.
3) Without touching the floor with your knees. Explode and bring both knees up and under your body so that you are squatting.
4) Explode up and jump in the air and extend your arms and legs at the same time into a star position.
