Bulgarian Split Squats

1) Begin with one foot on a bench or chair behind you with your other leg forward.

2) Maintaining your balance, lower yourself down into a lunge type squat.

3) Raise yourself back to the standing position focusing on your forward leg.

4) Repeat with the other leg.
