Incline Dumbbell Press on the Swiss Ball
1) Begin lying with your lower back on the Swiss ball at a 45 degree angle from the floor and your feet out in front of you.
2) Holding a Dumbbell in each hand, bring the weight to your shoulders.
3) From this position, press the dumbbells at the same time up above your chest. Repeat this pressing motion while stabilizing yourself on the ball.
