Turkey Salami, Provolone, Roasted Red Peppers and Pesto Panini Recipe

Lunch meats are never a great everyday diet choice, but when you replace regular salami with turkey salami, you're making a smarter, leaner substitution.

Serves: 4
Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:
8 slices whole wheat bread

10-12 slices turkey salami

4 triangles Provolone Cheese

2 roasted red peppers cut into strips

few tablespoons pesto (to taste)

salt & pepper

1/3 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:

1. For each sandwich, place cheese on one piece of bread and pesto sauce on other.

2. Add salami, cheeses and red peppers.

3. Heat on panini press until done.
