Chair Squats Exercise

1. Begin Standing with your legs shoulder width apart standing about 6' in front of the chair.

2. Squat down and back towards the seat of the chair.

3. Gently tap the chair with your bottom and return to the standing position changing the angle at your knees and hips simultaneously.
