Preying Mantis Abdominizer Exercise

1. Start on your knees and forearms on a swiss ball shoulder width apart, elbows to your side, body 45-degree angle.

2. Extend arms straight out and away from your body, rolling the ball away from you.

3. Extend as far as possible and then reverse the motion and return your elbows to your side and repeat.
