Leg Lifts Exercise
Focus Area: abs
1. Begin by lying flat on the floor with your legs together, and feet straight, Place your arms at a 45-degree angle to your sides for balance and support or underneath your low back.
2. Together, lift your legs up about 2-inches without bending your knees. Pause for 2-seconds and slowly return your legs to the floor. Repeat.
3. Exhale as you raise your legs up, inhale as you return to the floor.
