As a pre-diabetic, I don't eat any pasta, bread or sweets. I eat red leaf salads, grilled chicken breast, broccoli & spinach and 1% no salt cottage cheese, (with cocoa sprinkled in). I will eat blueberries and a few strawberries and 85% or 90% dark chocolate. Almond milk, green tea & coffee as beverages. In your opinion, is this a good meal plan?
