Unilateral Bent Over Trap Raises Exercise

1. Begin resting one arm on a chair or bench, in a bent over position. Your feet should be shoulder width apart or wider for stability.

2. Grasp a dumbbell in the other hand.

3. Retract your shoulder up towards the ceiling, without flexing your arm at the elbow.
