If you're watching your salt intake -- it's not necessarily the chips that'll get you.. it's the turkey sandwich!
The American Heart Association has released a list it's calling the "salty six" - common foods that can be packed with hidden sodium.
topping the list is bread. just one slice can have 230 milligrams of sodium.
salt is also often added to cold cuts as a preservative. deli meats and prepackaged turkey can have more than a thousand milligrams.
pizza, canned soup, poultry and condiments on sandwiches are also on the list.
