Beef Braciole Recipe

Preparation Time: 30 minutes prep


1 lb top round steak

About 4 tablespoons pesto

About ¼ cup red sauce


1.  Pound the steak very thin and cut into 4 pieces.

2.  Spread some pesto along one side of the beef.

3. Roll each piece up tightly. Line up in a casserole dish and spread a few spoonfulls of red sauce.

4. Cook in 350 degree oven until cooked thoroughly, sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top and serve.
