Deputies say they arrested 35-year-old Jeffrey Murphy following a report that a vehicle had struck a street sign at the intersection of Oatka Road and Kenney Road at 9 p.m. Friday.
Police say Murphy continued driving to Route 19 in South Warsaw where Probation Officers saw him force three other vehicles off the road.
