Preparation Time: 45 minutes
1 lb boneless beef sirloin steak
1 1/3 tbsps sesame oil
1 garlic clove (minced)
2 green bell peppers (thinly sliced)
1 onion thinly sliced
1 tablespoon arrowroot
1/6 cup soy sauce
Bouillion beef stock cube
1. Cook garlic, onions and peppers in a pan with sesame oil, cook on high heat very quickly.
2. Slice beef thinly, add to pan.
3. To make sauce, add arrowroot to beef stock with low sodium soy sauce.
4. Add sauce to pan to desired consistency. After heated, remove from pan and serve.
