1. Place your feet shoulder width apart, bend the the waist and grab a dumbbell in both hands with your knuckles facing out.

2. Without bending at the elbow, using only your shoulders, extend your arms straight forward as far as you can go.

3. Slowly return back to the starting position and repeat.
