Today will start out in the single digits and slowly rise to near 20F this afternoon. Clouds will thicken up and light snow will begin falling this afternoon and evening accumulating 1-2" in most areas with a light southerly breeze at 5-10mph.

Code Blue is also in effect every night until Friday evening. When temperatures are 15 Degrees or below, or have a single digit wind chill factor, a Code Blue is issued.  

The Buffalo City Mission and St. Luke's Mission of Mercy Centers will be open from 8:00pm - 8:00am and act as warming centers open to the public.
