Salisbury Steak Recipe

Preparation Time: 50 minutes


1 lb lean ground beef

Macadamia nut oil

One sliced onion

1 cup chopped mushrooms

Garlic to taste

Teaspoon arrowroot

About 2 cups low sodium beef stock


1.  Place beef in pan in shape of steak with macadamia nut oil, searing off outsides.

2.  Saute onions and mushrooms in same pan with beef. Add garlic.

3.  Remove beef from pan when desired doneness reached.

4.  MixLow sodium beef base with arrowroot.

5.  Add rice to pan with sauce.

6.  When pan contents reach a boil, remove and serve.
