NIAGARA FALLS, NY-- New York State Troopers are investigating an a rollover accident overnight in Niagara Falls.
Troopers say Brian M. Smead was driving on the Robert Moses Parkway when he left the roadway and hit a guardrail. They say Smead was driving too fast when he over corrected his steering causing the car to hit a curb and then a snowbank before coming airborne and rolling his SUV over.
Smead was ejected from the vehicle, 36 feet away from where the vehicle stopped.
Smead was taken to ECMC with numerous injuries. He is currently in stable condition.
Charges are pending.
