Cross-over Lunge Exercise
1. Begin standing on the left side of a step or box of low to medium height.
2. Lift the right leg and cross it over the left, placing the foot flat on the step or platform.
3. Keeping your hips square, press up with the right leg, bringing the left foot beside the right on the bench.
4. Step back down slowly to the starting position, repeat this process for 8-16 times on each leg.
