Vacuum Cleaner Abs Exercise

1. Begin lying on the floor or standing with your heels, shoulders and butt against the wall.

2. Suck your stomach in trying to flatten your back against the floor or wall, while maintaining all contact points.

3. If performing on the floor on the floor, you can superset (combine) this exercise with hamstring bridges.
