Squat-Upright Row Exercise

1. Begin with your feet straight and should width apart. Grasp a dumbbell in each hand.

2. Looking straight ahead push your butt backward and squat as low as possible.

3. Pause at the bottom position for a second before returning to the standing position, pushing your hips forward as you stand and then bring your elbows up to the ceiling in an upright row motion.

4. Repeat
