LOCKPORT, NY - Patriots tight end Rob Gronkowski and his brother Dan, who plays for the Browns, surprised a special local fan Tuesday.
The two showed up at Lockport High School to say hi to Tawfiq Baity.
The 17 year old, who lives with cerebral palsy, says he couldn't believe it when they both walked into his classrooms with autographed jerseys for him.
"Everyone was talking about how it was going to be the best day of his life, getting to meet me, how big of a Patriots fan he is," said Rob Gronkowski. "He loved it; he loved every moment of it and it was very special."
"I nearly wanted to just jump out of my chair; just a shock" said Baity, who Gronkowski promised to score a touchdown for this season.
