Cincinnati, OH (Sports Network) - The Cincinnati Bengals signed free agent
offensive lineman Mike Pollak on Friday.
A second-round pick of Indianapolis in the 2008 NFL Draft, Pollak started 41
games at guard over four seasons with the Colts before signing a one-year
contract with Carolina prior to the 2012 campaign. He was placed on injured
reserve by the Panthers in October after sustaining a shoulder injury
following the season opener.
The Bengals also waived wide receiver Lavasier Tuinei, who spent a portion of
last season on the Seattle Seahawks' practice squad before signing a futures
contract with Cincinnati on Jan. 1.
