Cured Pork Loin Egg Cups Recipe

Preparation Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

4 eggs

1 cup shredded cured pork loin

1/4 cup shredded colby cheese

Salt & pepper

Directions:
1. 
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Spray 6 muffin cups with cooking spray.

3.  Loosely scramble eggs

4.  Fill each cup with one egg & shredded pork, mixing gently.

5.  Sprinkle with shredded cheese.

6.  Bake for 18 minutes.
