Low Back Builders on the Swiss Ball Exercise

1. Lay stomach down with the Swiss ball below your hips.

2. Allow your body to extend forward so that you are hugging the Swiss ball.

3. Using the muscles of the back, lift your shoulders up towards the ceiling and extend your arms out in front of you. Repeat this step.
