Papa Don't Preacher Curl on the Swiss Ball Exercise

1. Lay with your stomach on the swiss ball and your body at 45 degrees from the floor.

2. Grasping a dumbbell or barbell weight in each hand, knuckles facing up, arms extended over the ball.

3. Maintaining this form, curl the weight up towards your shoulders by bending your elbows and repeat.
