The Rock Shoulder Press Exercise

1. Begin on the floor.

2. Raise your legs in a flexed position and lift your back off the floor until your legs and torso make a 90 degree angle, activating your core. Maintain this position throughout the set.

3. Hold a medicine ball over your chest with both hands.

4. Press the medicine ball in a straight line over your head. Repeat this movement for a full set.
