BUFFALO, N.Y. -- There's new information about what company may fill the space when a new building goes up at the intersection of Delaware and Chippewa in Downtown Buffalo.
Uniland Development has plans to build a 12-story tower there. Part will be used for a hotel. Part will also be office space and tonight, Buffalo's Delaware North Companies is expressing interest in being part of the project.
They released a statement which reads:
"We continue our mission of securing a new global headquarters for Delaware North Cos. in downtown Buffalo. We are very excited about Uniland's proposed development at 250 Delaware Ave. It is a space we are very interested in as a potential new home for the company. As with any large project, multiple uncertainties exist, and we hope to make an announcement by the end of the year."
Delaware North's current headquarters are in the Key Towers on Main Street.
