NIAGARA FALLS, ONT - Nik Wallenda gave the crowd a fist pump and sprinted the last few steps to the platform on the Canadian side ending his trip across the falls.
After reaching solid ground, the daredevil said that the 1,800 foot walk across Niagara falls was a fairly easy trek. His biggest worry was the tether and how it would cross the pendulums hanging from the wire to balance it.
Wallenda also said that the worst part of the walk was the ten minute delay imposed by the network carrying the walk live. That wait on the podium caused his legs to cramp up a bit.
So what's next? Wallenda says that will be the Grand Canyon. He says he has the permits to make that trek, but did not say when that would happen.
