HAMBURG, NY - The Ford Stamping Plant will be getting an infusion of $100 million from the automaker and as many as 300 new jobs, sources confirm. That's thanks to a new deal that will see the Hamburg plant supply even more parts like body panels and doors to Ford Motor Company's assembly plant in Oakville, Ontario.
This follows another expansion at the plant back in 2011.
Western New York's congressional delegation has been pushing to get more cross-border trade going through Buffalo and it looks like those efforts may be paying off.
