Traveling Plank Exercise

1. Begin with your hands and feet on the floor in the push-up position. Your hands should be beneath your shoulders and your feet should be extended out behind you.

2. From the start position, lift one hand and place it on the opposite side of the other and shuffle your feet in the same direction.

3. Repeat the previous step in the opposite direction, alternating the crossing of the hands your hands and feet.
