Power Pushup Exercise
1. Begin with your hands and feet on the floor in the push-up position. Your hands should be beneath your shoulders and your feet should be extended out behind you.
2. Bend your elbows and lower yourself down to the floor like a traditional pushup.
3. Pres yourself up as fast as possible and try to lift your entire body off the floor while maintaining good pushup form
4. On the way back down, cushion the fall by absorbing the force by bending your elbows and repeat continuously.
