Hop-Along Bouncing and Physio-Ball Stability Plank Exercise

1. Begin with a Swiss ball of a small to medium size.

2. While both hands are placed on the floor shoulder with apart directly below the shoulders.

3. Place the Swiss ball under the legs of the child so that the feet are off the ground.

4. While balancing the lower body on the Swiss ball, perform a plank and hold.
