Squat-press Exercise

1. Begin with feet shoulder width apart, body straight and a dumbbell in each hand.

2. Raise the dumbbells to shoulder level.

3. Squat down by bending the knees down about 45-degrees.

4. Raise back up and press the dumbbells straight up above your head at the same time.
