Clean Low Pull with Shrug Exercise

1. Place your feet 1.5 shoulder widths apart and grasp a straight bar overhand 2-shoulder widths apart.

2. Lower the bar down to mid-shin and in and explosive movement , jerk the bar up using your entire body to your chest and shrug your shoulders.

3. Return the bar back down to your shins and repeat.
