Start the New Year off on a healthy foot... and it can only take 5 minutes, or less!  No doubt, being healthy takes some time and committment, but it doesn't have to consume your entire day.  The Center for Disease Control and Prevention created a great list of easy things you can do in five minutes or less to make your life healthier!
