Side Lunges with Dumbbells Exercise
1. Begin standing with your feet together, holding a dumbbell of proper weight cupped in your hands at your chest.
2. Step on foot out to the side, just outside shoulder width, keeping the stationary leg extended, and flexing at the knee with your stepping leg.
3. Maintain balance, and lower yourself until your knee is over the toes of the stepped out leg.
4. Pushing off the bent leg, return yourself to the starting position and repeat the process on the other side.
