Sculpting Arms Bicep Curls Exercise
1. Start by standing straight, with your feet shoulder width apart, arms at your sides and underhand grip a barbell with your palms facing out and shoulder width apart and standing on the other end of the band.
2. Using your biceps, bend your elbows and curl your hands up until your arms do not go any further. Pause at the top for one second. Slowly, lower your hands back down to the starting position and repeat. Do not lean back or rock your body. Any momentum you generate that does not come from your arms will make this exercise ineffective.
3. Exhale as you curl the weight up; inhale as you lower the weight down.
