 Dumbbell Squats Exercise

FOCUS AREA: Legs

1. Begin with 2-dumbbells in your hands. Feet shoulder width apart and torso erect.

2. Using your legs, lower your body down and bend your knees to a 90-degree angle. Keep your back straight without any curvature to the spine. Keep your head up. This one of the best leg exercises to perform but it is a complex movement so get help if you have any questions.

3. Inhale on the way down; exhale as you push up.
