Sun Dried Tomato & Gouda Breakfast Wrap Recipe

Preparation Time: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

½ cup cream cheese (softened)

¼ cup cheese (smoked gouda, shredded 1 cup)

1 cup turkey bacon bits, cooked

1 cup sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped

4 leafs lettuce

½ chopped onion

Directions:

1.  In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, Gouda cheese and bacon bits until well blended. Stir in tomatoes.

2.  Scramble eggs in non-stick pan.

3.  Spread along inside of wraps, add scrambled egg, lettuce and onion.
