Stability Ball Jump Squats Exercise

FOCUS AREA: legs and gluts

1. Begin Sitting on the stability ball with your feet a little wider than shoulder width apart.

2. Using your legs and gluts, jump straight up off the ball.

3. Using your hands, spot the ball so that it remains underneath your legs, and land back into the starting position.
