Curtsey Lunge Exercise

FOCUS ON: quads and gluts

1. Lift the right leg and cross it over the left, placing the foot flat on the floor.

2. Keeping your hips square, press up with the right leg, bringing the left foot beside the right on the floor.

3. Step back down slowly to the starting position, repeat this process for 8-16 times on each leg.
