Lateral Raises on the Swiss Ball Exercise

1. Begin sitting on the Swiss ball, your feet in-front of you.

2. While balancing on the ball, with your arms at your side, grasp a dumbbell in each hand.

3. Raise the dumbbells laterally out to the sides of your body, ear high.. Repeat this motion.
