Low Bar Abdominal Twists Exercise

1. Begin with your feet shoulder width apart and a broomstick across your lower back supported by your arms. The palms of your hands should face forward throughout the exercise.

2. While bending forward rotate your torso towards the opposite side of your body.

3. Return to the starting position and rotate down to the other side.
