BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Despite the Bills' loss against the Rams that all but guaranteed another season out of the playoffs, there's more buzz than normal about the upcoming game in Toronto.

The Bills will host the Seattle Seahawks at Toronto's Rogers Centre at 4 p.m. Sunday.

Greg Albrecht, executive director of the Bills in Toronto series, said the game is about 90 percent sold out at this point. He credits that, in part, to lower-prices tickets compared to years past.

All of the cheapest tickets, priced at $48, are gone. Those are located in the upper-most sections of the 500 level near the end zones.

"Most of the lower bowl is also sold out," Albrecht said.

So why would there be more interest considering the team's play on the field? Albrecht said it's because organizers have created more entertainment around the sporting event.

For the first time, organizers will host a 3.5-hour street festival just outside the dome. It starts at 11 a.m. Sunday and will feature live music, food vendors and drinking -- which is normally restricted to small beer gardens but a new permitting law will allow alcohol sales within the entire blocked-off area.

The game will also include a star-studded halftime show featuring YouTube sensation Psy singing his hit "Gangnam Style." He will be joined on stage by the Buffalo Jills cheerleaders and dozens of dancers.
