Product Test: Tagg Pet Tracker

If you've ever worried that you dog might run away or get lost  and you don't have a micro chip for them, today's product may be a good idea. It is called TAGG the Pet Tracker. We bought it at Target for $99.

The Pet Tracker is a pet tracking device that uses advanced GPS and wireless technology to track your pet's location and activity from your computer or mobile device, 24 hours a day. If your pet strays from your Tagg zone, the Tagg system alerts you by email or text message, so you can find him on a map and bring him home.

It took a few minutes to set up. The first step is to activate the tracker online. This was very easy with step by step instructions. Next, charge the tracker and then put it on your pet's collar.

Our tester, Lindsay thought it was a good idea and good for peace of mind. Still, the price is hefty and there is also a $7.95 per month monitoring charge. It does work and can track your pet to an exact address. This product was given one thumb up and one down. It is up to you if you think that is worth it.
