not all obese people are an increased risk of developing chronic disease like diabetes, cancer, and heart disease.

researchers say they've discovered a sub-set of obese people who are metabolically healthy and have a higher level of fitness than most obese people.

this group was found to have a 38-percent lower risk of death from any cause than their obese peers ... similar to that of healthy people with a normal weight.
