BUFFALO, NY - A second teen was arraigned Wednesday morning in the murder of a 96-year-old Buffalo man.
Erie County District Attorney's Frank A. Sedita says Justice Feggans, 18, was arraigned Wednesday on charges for the murder and burglary Levi Clayton. Another suspect, Jordan McKinnon, 19, was arraigned on the same charges Friday.
Investigators say Feggans and McKinnon allegedly burglarized Clayton's home and beat him causing injuries that resulted in his death.
If convicted, they could face a maximum prison sentence of 25 years to life.
