BUFFALO, N.Y. - After counting more than 700 votes from Two On Your Side viewers, we have the list of the five worst roads in Western New York.

You will find the list below, along with an explanation on what is being done to fix the road.

5. Stony Road, Lancaster

Paint is rubbing off and there is barely a shoulder on the road. However, the issue may soon be resolved. Erie County recently announced plans to repair it.

4. Goodrich Road, Clarence

There are drainage problems and an overall rough ride.
Erie County is responsible for the road and as of right now there is no plan to repair it.

You can trust, 2 On Your Side will stay on top of this and make sure it is addressed.

3. Buffalo Avenue, Niagara Falls

This road has been a mess for a while.
The city brought in the pothole killer to try and fix this road along with others. The road is undergoing a re-build but all of the work will not be done right away.

2. Kenmore Avenue, Buffalo & Tonawanda

This road stretches through four different municipalities and while there are plans to address the condition, different stretches will be worked on at different times.

1. Interstate 86

It is a bumpy ride with plenty of potholes but there is promising news. Road work has begun and the entire interstate could be repaired by the end of year. It is thanks in part to federal money from the tax on gasoline.
