DARIEN, NY-- Nearly 100 people were arrested during the Dave Matthews Band's concert at Darien Lake Performing Arts Center on Wednesday.
Christopher K. Grasso, 30, of Gates was charged with second-degree harassment after allegedly pushing an officer while he was breaking up a disturbance, the Genesee County Sheriff's Office said in a news release. Grasso was arraigned in Darien Town Court and released without bail.
Shane M. Curry, 18, of Broxbourne Drive, Perinton, was accused of attempting to fight a sheriff's deputy in the concert venue. He was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and posted $100 bail.
ToniMarie Gigante, 39, of Buffalo was accused of causing a disturbance and refusing to leave the venue. She was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and jailed in lieu of $250 bond.
In addition, 81 people, ranging in age from 16 to 20, were accused of possession of alcohol by someone younger than 21 with intent to consume it. Four people were arrested on charges of unlawful possession of marijuana, and 11 face other charges, including drug possession, criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. All were issued appearance tickets.
